He's only just woken up from a coma after being severely beaten and run over by a car, and though he was initially unaware of the second incident, Billy (Jason Thompson) will start to remember some key details about what happened to him on The Young and the Restless.

Noah Worries Billy Will Remember Who Hit Him

After waking up, he recounted that he remembered being confronted in a parking garage by Gil about the money he owed him, and that Gil and a sidekick beat him severely and knocked him unconscious. However. he was shocked to learn that after the beating, he was run over by a car in a hit-and-run accident, and there was no indication that Gil had been the driver. Now, Billy is trying to remember anything he can to help the cops bring in whoever ran him over and left him for dead.

Luckily, a flash of his memory returned, and he could suddenly see the car again-which could bring him one step closer to getting the whole story and learning about everything that happened to him.

Victor Learns He Has The Wrong Girl

"The car. The one that hit me. I remember it," he says to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) in a preview clip for the Friday, January 22 episode.

However, the memories could quickly be pushed aside when news of what has happened since the accident gets back to him courtesy of Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes), who will arrive at the hospital to see him and have some bad news of their own. After Billy's accident, they went to Victor (Eric Braeden) and made him an investor on their deal. However, Victor has since learned thanks to Natalie (Mara McCaffray) that they conned him of an extra million dollars-and he has now kicked them out of the deal and made it one solely for himself-meaning Billy also can no longer get his hands on it.
