Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2013 [PHOTOS]: Jennifer Lawrence, Ben Affleck, Anne Hathaway, Christoph Waltz & More
After the glitz and glamour from the red carpet and the pressure from the 85th Annual Academy Awards Sunday, celebrities came out to celebrate at the Vanity Fair party, held at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles.
Every Oscar nominee is automatically invited to the Vanity Fair party, the high-fashion soiree where the best accessory for an attendant is arriving with an Oscar in your hand.
"It's relaxed and it's really fantastic," nominee Hugh Jackman, who attended the party with his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, told ABC News.
According to the report by the Vanity Fair, in the early evening, Sandra Bullock did a choo choo train dance across the floor to the bar.
"It's just beautiful," she said.
Conan O'Brien smiled from ear to ear and was joined at the party by his wife Elizabeth Powel.
"Jennifer Lawrence: Sorry I couldn't be your Oscar date tonight, but Emmanuelle Riva is going to be there- and you know how my exes are," Conan tweeted.
Jennifer Anniston reportedly slipped in through a side door with her man, Justin Thereoux.
Amy Poehler briefly chatted with Bradley Cooper, who was nominated for Silver Linings Playbook. Cooper's co-star arrived to the party later in the evening, with her trophy in tow. Poehler spent most of the evening, with her Parks and Recreation co-star, Rashida Jones.
"I remember coming with my dad when I was young and just thinking it was the coolest place in the worlds where all of the prettiest, most talented people came," Jones said.
Oscar winners- Ben Affleck, Christoph Waltz, Anne Hathaway all made their rounds with trophies in sight. "I love it, it my favorite thing," Hathaway said.
By 2:30 a.m., the crowd had dispersed, leaving only the haze of cigarette smoke in the air and red velvet cupcakes meshed in the carpet.
One Zippo lighter, remained on a side table, with an engraved quote by Abraham Lincoln.
"It has been my experience what folks who have no vices have very few virtues."
