Neal is one of 18 new players embarking on Survivor: Kaoh Rong - Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty. As the subtitle of the season suggests, the players are being split into tribes based on their particular strengths.
An ice cream entrepreneur, Neal has been placed on the Brains tribe. The 38-year-old California native is the founder of Three Twins Ice Cream, a business venture he takes great pride in.

"I am proud of the growth, taking on the challenges, being creative, treating employees well, giving a great deal back and inspiring others through my version of the American dream," Neal says in his CBS bio.
He also believes he has many strengths that will be perfect in the game of Survivor.
"I have been a Survivor fan for years and therefore understand the game, am mentally tough, a physical force, likable and absolutely determined to win," he says. "I will excel at both the social and physical game. Much of my life has prepared me to be a great contestant. Being a fan has shown me some brilliant moves and perhaps more importantly, stupid ones to avoid. More than anything, I believe that I will be the Sole Survivor because I want to and I usually get what I want, no matter how hard I have to work for it."
