The Legends of Tomorrow is jumping through time, and they're pulling the casts of The Flash and Arrow along with them.

DC's interconnected CW universe is no stranger to crossovers, but the introduction of Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) and the Waverider will help the characters dive into uncharted territory.
For Arrow's Stephen Amell (Oliver), this means getting the chance to play a much older version of his vigilante bowman. What's more, the time jump will put Mr. Queen in the same world as Connor Hawke.

"We're not only introducing our version of Connor Hawke to our universe, we're going to meet the 2046 version of Oliver Queen, and Stephen Amell is going to be reprising his role from Arrow," executive producer Marc Guggenheim teased, according to Entertainment Weekly.
In honor of Arrow's Dark Knight Returns appearance, Oli will gain a little facial hair while losing his left arm.
Amell addressed the news on Twitter:
To recap: I'll be playing Oliver Queen with a goatee in the same calendar year I sang Do You Want To Build A Snowman on stage. I'm an idiot.
