The Devil has taken the form of the Winchesters' closest confidant, and Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean's (Jensen Ackles) implicit trust will give Luci (now played by Misha Collins) the chance to get the hunters to do his dirty work. Despite Lucifer's secret machinations, the topsy-turvy events of "The Vessel" may give the boys just what they need to take down Amara (Emily Swallow).
Episode 14 will see Dean travel back in time to the last known sighting of the mysterious Hand of God.

"Lucifer sees the potential in getting his hands on this weapon so goes along as Castiel and sends Dean to 1944 to the fated submarine mission that sunk the Hand of God," The CW teased. "Meanwhile, continuing his charade with Sam while they wait for Dean's return, Lucifer plans his next move."
