Speaking to Pop Sugar on the red carpet of the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Elizabeth Marvel (who plays Frank Underwood's adversary Heather Dunbar) revealed that the next season of House of Cards will be "mordant" and "fiery."

The actress was asked for three adjectives that would describe the upcoming season of the Netflix political thriller. "Spicy...let's see...it's very mordant, it almost gets morose at times, and then it gets so fiery and explosive, it's definitely not what you see coming, I will tell you that, you will not see this season coming."

Marvel has surely alluded to a shocking season and we are all pumped.

She also spoke about working with Kevin Spacey on the show.

"The first day I had to work with him was a big scene where I interrogate him at a table where I have like seven pages of just speech after speech, and I was freaked because it's Kevin Spacey so I had my stuff so tight when I showed up for work that day," she said. "I was like there is no room for air, I am going to be perfect and deliver and blow his mind and that's the work ethic that I kept up every time I worked with him."

Season 4 of House of Cards is set to return on March 4.
