'Outlander' Season 2: When Will Brianna Make Her Debut? Ron Moore Teases New Timeline [VIDEO]
If you're dying for Brianna to take the screen on Outlander, you're going to have a long wait a head of you.
The Starz drama will jump back to the future to introduce Claire and Jamie's daughter, and while Dragonfly in Amber opens in 1968, Brianna (Sophie Skelton) won't make an appearance 'till late in the season.
"You will get to see her [but] not until we get back to the 1968 story, which won't be for a while - towards the end of the season," showrunner Ron Moore told Zap2It.

The switch up shouldn't come as a surprise - Outlander didn't announce Bri's casting until filming began on the season's final two episodes. While the freshman run stuck closely to the events of Dianna Gabaldon's inaugural novel, the second season will play it fast and loose with the timeline.
"I'm not going to say how we start," Moore teased back at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con, according to TV Goodness. "There are changes and differences; the second novel is more complex. It has a lot more puzzle pieces, a lot more moving parts."
Prepare to be surprised when Outlander returns to Starz this April. Check out the latest teaser trailer below!
