'Game of Thrones' Season 6 Spoilers: New TEASER Hints Other Major Character Deaths? [VIDEO]
Fans are still reeling from what seemed like Jon Snow's (Kit Harington) death in the season five finale of Game of Thrones, but a new teaser seems to hint more major deaths will soon follow when season six premieres later this spring.
Is Sansa Pregnant With Ramsay's Child?
The new teaser, which takes place in the Faceless Men's Hall of Faces, shows the faces of some of the show's most dearly departed characters, both loved--like Ned, Catelynn and Robb Stark, as well as Snow--and hated--Joffrey Baratheon--with each repeating a foreboding line from their past. It then starts zooming into a different column on the wall, and zeroes in on one new face in particular: that of Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage).
However, as the clip zooms back out, it becomes clear that the new wall of faces also includes those of the other characters who are still alive, including Dany (Emilia Clarke), Sansa (Sophie Turner), Cersei (Lena Headey), Arya (Maisie Williams) and Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau).
Kit Harington Finally Addresses The Fate Of Jon Snow
It's unclear if the clip is meant to tease that other fan favorites are set to die--which would confirm what everyone has said about Jon Snow being dead after he was stabbed by his fellow members of the Night's Watch. However, if it is meant to tease that anyone could be there--and is just showing characters who are both dead and alive, it could be a hint that Snow will return in one way or another during the season.
Game of Thrones season 6 premieres April 24 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
