Justin Timberlake's SNL opening monologue was the talk of today after A-list actors Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, Alec Baldwin and Tom Hanks were featured on it as members of the famous "Five Timers Club." And that was not all for the night. The singer also performed with rapper Jay-Z his single "Suit & Tie."

This was Timberlake's fifth time hosting which made him a member of the "Five Timers Club."

"It is great to be back hosting Saturday Night Live for the fifth time," Timberlake opened saying. "There are so many exciting things about hosting five times. You get to see old friends, you get to try new things, you get to inevitably let everyone down thanks to overly high expectations. Thanks, internet!"

"But the best part is, they give you one of these," he said showing a gold card in his hand. "That's right. Membership into the Five-Timers Club. In case you don't know, this is the most exclusive club in New York."

Paul Simon welcomed Timberlake into the club and introduced him to Steve Martin. He was later introduced to fellow members of the club Chevy Chase, Tom Hanks, Alec Baldwin and Candice Bergen. Also appearing in the monologue were former SNL cast members Dan Aykroyd and Martin Short.

The SNL episode received rave reviews from TV critics. Entertainment Weekly wrote: "His [Timberlake] show was a thrilling, joyous, cameo-stuffed affair that easily ranks among this season's best, second only perhaps to Martin Short's Christmas episode - even though Timberlake and SNL both lost a good amount of momentum after Weekend Update, where the show's weakest sketches are traditionally stuffed."

The Hollywood Reporter called the episiode "The biggest of 2013."
