The 100 accidentally made some fans very, very happy on Tuesday night.

'The 100' Season 3: Episode 7 Teasers; What Flashback & 'Game-Changing' Truth Will Come In 'Thirteen'?

The post-apocalyptic drama tries its best to avoid doling out any major spoilers, but who ever is in charge of creating the series' promos seems to have a hard time keeping pivotal Clexa scenes out of the spots. Last year, viewers caught a glimpse of Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Lexa's (Alycia Debnam-Carey) first kiss. This time around, fans of the 'ship saw their OTP sliding between the sheets.

While a video of the full promo eludes us, you can see Clarke and Lexa take their relationship up a notch here.

The 100' Season 3 Spoilers: City of Light To Become 'A Major Threat', Marie Avgeropoulos On Why You Should Be Worried

Not everyone is pleased about the five-second teaser, however. Aside from those who champion Bellarke over Clexa, many 100 devotes were saddened by the networks decision to rob them of the surprise. Showrunner Jason Rothenberg was among the latter, and we're not shocked. The writers and cast work hard to keep their carefully crafted twists under wraps, and unveiling the scenes out of context does a disservice to all those involved.

At least there is still one mystery - we have no idea which episode the clip is from. Looks like fans will just have to stay on the edge of their seats. Not a difficult feat when you are watching The 100.

The 100 airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW. Click the video below to see a preview for the series' next episode, "Hakeldama."
