Survivor: Kaoh Rong brings together 18 new castaways from all different walks of life. The conceit for this season is "Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty," with the players split up into tribes based on their particular skill set.
This concept was previously used for Survivor: Cagayan, one of the more popular seasons of all time which spawned such all stars as Spencer Bledsoe, Kass McQuillen and Tasha Fox.
Castaways for the new season include former NBA player Scot Pollard and Big Brother alum Caleb Reynolds. The youngest player is 19 (Julia Sokolowski) while the oldest is 72 (Joe del Campo). This season has been advertised as the most brutal season ever, which is saying something considering the amount of physically taxing seasons there's been.
Survivor: Kaoh Rong premieres tonight at 8/7c on CBS. As with the past few premieres, it will be 90 minutes long.
