There's a far bigger theory that he is actually the relative of another prominent character on the show, but there's still people out there who think Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Meera Reed (Ellie Kendrick) are actually brother and sister on Game of Thrones.

Will Big Characters Die On Season 6 Of 'Game of Thrones?'

Now, in an interview with Digital Spy, Kendrick addresses the speculation, and the possibility that both she and Jon Snow may be part of one other big family (thanks to the R+L=J) theory.

"I genuinely don't have any idea as we don't get told anything! But, I don't know," she said. "I think people might just be thinking that because we've both got curly hair. In the books, our characters are described quite differently."

"Hey, I'd love it to be true because it would mean great things for my character, but I'm holding back on speculation for now," she added. "I think what's been going on in George RR Martin's brain is so much more a complex wormhole than we could possibly imagine. I think there's definitely a mystery to Meera and Jojen and their parentage, but I think it'll unwind itself eventually."

And for the great things? If the other big theory of Jon's parentage is proven true, and he is also somehow related to Meera and Jojen, then with his presumed death, it could mean that Meera also has a claim to the Iron Throne. However, Kendrick doesn't know if that would be a good thing for her character.

"I can only dream. To be honest, I don't think Meera would be all that good on the Iron Throne! She's a little bit of a socialist at heart, I don't think she'll be able to rule with the iron fist that the throne requires," she said.

Game of Thrones season 6 premieres April 24 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
