Following reports of a false passing on Thursday, TMZ learned the reality star lost her battle with stage 4 cancer just hours ago at a Manhattan hospital at just 55-years-old.
"Ang was surrounded by family members early Thursday at a Manhattan hospital when she passed away. She was first diagnosed with throat cancer in April when doctors discovered a tumor in her throat and it was removed shortly after," the site revealed.

After the reality star's death, Raiola's rep released a statement confirming she passed at 3:01 a.m., and TMZ has also confirmed the sad news with Raiola's family members.
The rep added in her statement that Raiola's fans "were some of the most special people in her world, and she loved you immensely. Thank you for your love, prayers, and unconditional support of Angela right to the very end."
Since April, when doctors removed a tumor from Raiola's throat, she's been battling for her life, and in December, she learned her cancer had spread to her brain and lungs.
Raiola is survived by her two kids, Raquel and Anthony, as well as her six grandkids.
New episodes of Mob Wives continue to air on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on VH1.
