They seemed to have somewhat buried the hatchet after both settled in with their wives and gotten past the drama of the takeover of Forrester, but things will once again heat up in the conflict between Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Rick (Jacob Young) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Brooke Confides In Bridget With Her Concerns About Katie

Their issues had stemmed from the constant battle for who would be CEO of the family company, as well as the drama of Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) being with Ridge, even though Rick cheated with Maya (Karla Mosley). The drama was also intense when Rick and Maya moved into the mansion (Ridge has stayed in a loft ever since his split from Katie), and removed Stephanie's portrait and replaced it with one of Maya.

Now, with Ridge back in town, and perhaps deciding that as CEO he should take over and be at the mansion again--especially with Caroline's baby on the way--the conflict between the brothers will be reignited in full force as he starts making changes to the mansion, like replacing Maya's portrait and putting Stephanie's back up. However, Rick won't react well when he realizes what his brother is doing.

Brooke's Attempt To Make Peace With Katie Fails

"You know, you may be CEO at the office, but you're not CEO here at this house," Rick says in a preview clip for the Thursday, February 18 episode.
