They've been keeping the truth a secret for a little while in an effort to protect one of their own, but after realizing Noah (Robert Adamson) had plotted against him, Victor (Eric Braedan) will make a life-changing phone call on The Young and the Restless.

He will shockingly turn his grandson in to the police for driving the car in the hit-and-run that almost killed Billy (Jason Thompson)--and the fact that he did so is going to stun the entire Newman family, especially Noah, who will freak out when he learns he is under arrest.
"You're under arrest for the hit and run that almost killed Billy Abbot," Dylan (Steve Burton) says to Noah in a preview clip for the Friday, February 19 episode.
As Noah continues coming to terms with the fact that his life as he knows it is over, his father, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will be livid that his father did what he did--and he will confront him about doing one of the worst things he could have ever done to his family.
"Why the hell would you turn your grandson over to the cops?" He demands in the clip.
The situation also will prove problematic for Adam (Justin Hartley), as he will also be blamed for Noah's new fate when Marisa (Sofia Pernas) goes on the attack as well.
"Noah's life was in your hands and you sold him out!" she screams as she slaps him in the clip, which leads to Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan) also getting in the mix when she goes to defend her husband.
The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
