Team Flash closed the breaches, but Earth-2 is still in the picture.
Harry and his daughter fled to Earth-1 for safety, but it appears their efforts might have been for naught. Zoom is still at large, Barry promised the save the Man in the Mask, and Jay Garrick's (allegedly) deceased body is now in a parallel universe. There's no question about it - the STAR Labs gang will soon have to step back through the sepia toned looking glass.
"You'll see quite a bit [of Earth-2]" in upcoming episodes, executive producer Todd Helbing told Entertainment Weekly.

For those of you wondering about the fate of a certain frosty doppelganger, that question will be addressed as well. Caitlyn's evil alter ego put her life on the line to avenge Deathstorm and help Barry's rescue team make their escape, but it remains unclear if Zoom will allow the traitor to survive.
Moreover, E-1 Barry and Co. still need to find a way to reopen the breaches. Considering the brainpower currently residing at STAR Labs that may not be as hard as it sounds.
