At a very long and low table, the Duggar family gathered to eat a traditional Japanese breakfast on Tuesday's episode of 19 Kids and Counting: Duggars Do Asia.

As the wait staff started serving the table, the mother of 19 Michelle Duggar started to say, "Our family has eaten Japanese food before, but definitely the food in Japan is different than the Japanese food we've eaten."

The food served consisted a lot of rice, seafood, seaweed and miso soup. While messing with the chop sticks, the younger kids are seen using their hands to scoop rice from their bowls.

In one exchange between Michelle Duggar and her husband Jim Bob, he says that the piece of what seems to be meat he just ate wasn't chicken. And he wasn't quite sure what it was.

The Arkansas family's daughter Jordyn, 4, was the most adventurous eater and tried everything that was in her plate and said she liked the food.

Near the end of the meal, however, a platter was served with a fish head still on the plate and it shocked most of the children, even Jordyn.

"I'm scared of fishes. When I go underwater, I see fishes and they can eat me," she said on the show.

According to Yahoo TV, the Duggar family will also adventure to the Great Wall of China and figure out how to use the Chinese subway system in later episodes.
