Hawaii Five-0 might be a detective short this Friday.

NCIS: LA' Season 7: Hetty's Team Has A Leak! Sneak Peek For 'Revenge Deferred'

The CBS drama will bring in a host of guest stars when Sang Min (Will Yun Lee) finds himself up on murder charges "Ka Pohaku Kihi Pa'a (The Solid Cornerstone)." McGarrett (Alec O'Loughlin) thinks his CI is innocent, but no lawyer wants to touch the case. Luckily for Min, the Five-0 leader will shanghai Odell Martin (Michael Imperioli) into playing lawyer once more.

Between set photos and sneak peeks, all the members of Five-0 are accounted for but Danno (Scott Caan). The New Jersey native has a habit of pulling little disappearing acts, and with a packed cast, episode 16 seems like a prime time for Danny to take the day off.

If your wondering why Caan doesn't appear in every Hawaii Five-0 episode, we have the answer.

"I do five episodes less than [series star] Alex [O'Loughlin]," Caan said, according to Post-Gazzette. "I just do a couple episodes less so I can come home [to Los Angeles] to see my family and stuff. They were cool about it so we just all came to that."

Will Danny crop up at some point during the hour, or will last week's trouble with the FBI pull him away for the episode? Find out when Hawaii Five-0 airs Fridays at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
