During a recent episode, Foster took aim at several members of the cast, accusing Lisa Rinna of claiming she was faking her Lyme disease, and telling Vanderpump she shouldn't be "talking s**t" about her three children. In her blog, Vanderpump responded.
"I believe Yolanda had fired back a hypothetical diagnosis of Rinna's bizarre behavior, calling her bipolar as a response to her initiating the Munchausen story," Vanderpump wrote in her Bravo TV blog. "Tit for tat, so to speak, but the accusation resonated, although unsubstantiated her erratic actions that made no sense to many of us."

In response to Rinna bringing up the word "Munchausen," claiming she had heard a rumor around town," Foster said she could accuse Rinna of being bipolar due to her season five behavior in Amsterdam.
As for Foster claiming Vanderpump spoke badly about her children, Vanderpump said, "I see clearly that Yolanda has an undeniable aggression toward me, and I am sorry for that, but I was resolute in the fact that Yolanda had misinterpreted a conversation that had been relayed to her. I was steadfast in my resolve to communicate that my intention was to keep as distanced as possible, to refrain from any discussion regarding Lyme out of loyalty to the family."
Although Vanderpump expressed she was not told Foster's children had Lyme disease, she was not seen "talking s**t" about Bella, Gigi or Anwar Hadid at any point.
