Max has not taken well to Stitch's new marriage to Abby (Melissa Ordway), and he's secretly been struggling with the news that she is pregnant and giving him a sibling as well, which has led to his acting out in school and getting into several fights. Now, after he is sent home again and Stitch berates his son, things will get even worse, especially after Dylan (Steve Burton) arrives at the hospital to talk to Stitch--something that initially surprises him.

"Why are the cops involved?" Stitch asks in a preview clip for the Friday, March 4 episode.

"A teacher is obligated to report it if she suspects a child is being mistreated at home," Dylan replies.

Now, Stitch will be flabbergasted that Max's teacher suspects he could be treating his son poorly--and he will be scared to death it could mean that he will lose him as well.

The news will not only be shocking for him because it would mean he loses Max, but it could also mean bad things for him when it comes to his and Abby's baby being born, as he is less likely to be considered a fit father for an infant if he loses custody of his older child beforehand.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
