They were appalled when they learned of what he did to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Jack (Peter Bergman), and now, the members of the Newman family will take a vote about Victor's (Eric Braden) role in the company on The Young and the Restless.

They are all wondering if being the CEO of the company is really the right call for him anymore, since it has led to him doing so many questionable things over the years, things he was never made accountable for. But now, on the heels of his turning Noah (Robert Adamson) in for the hit-and-run, the truth about his hiring Marco to impersonate Jack and take over his life has become too much for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Adam (Justin Hartley), Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) to take.

Now, the various members of the family will gather and take a vote as the board of Newman Enterprises—and determine once and for all if Victor can still be the head of the company.

"All those in favor of removing Victor Newman as CEO, please raise your hand or indicate verbally if that is your choice," Victoria says in a preview clip for the Thursday, March 10 episode.

And, though they know if Victor somehow manages to beat the charges against him that it will come back to haunt them because he will seek revenge, Victoria, Nikki, Abby and Adam will vote to have Victor removed from power. Nick, who is more focused on his marriage, will abstain, and Summer (Hunter King) will vote to keep him in power because she is the only one who is still convinced he can run things.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
