Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones News: Couple Squash ‘Death’ Rumors With New Slopes Selfie [VIDEO]
Well here's one way of dispelling nasty rumors that you have only a few short months to live: go on a ski trip! And that's exactly what Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones did, despite reports that indicate the Hollywood actor only has three months to live.
The couple took to their social media accounts to share behind-the-scenes photos of their family ski trip to Aspen on Monday. Looking radiant, the couple was all smiles for the cameras before hitting the slopes.
"Spring Break!" Douglas, 71, captioned his album while Zeta-Jones, 46, wrote, "Gotta love skiing in the sun!"
Just last week, Radar Online reports that Douglas was preparing his will amid a "life-or-death" battle as doctors supposedly told him that he only had several months left to live.
One source allegedly told the site upon hearing the news, "He's become more spiritual. He realized with all his success that family is everything and most important."
Of course, the actor has not responded to the rumors just yet, although he did battle and eventually win his fight with stage 4 tongue cancer back in 2010. Douglas and Zeta-Jones have been married since 2000, but briefly seperated back in 2013 before reuniting several months later. They have two children together, Dylan and Carys.
