'Mad Men' Season 6 Spoilers: Two Deaths & A Wedding Will Take Place? VIDEO & PHOTOS
The wait will soon be over for fans as AMC's Mad Men will finally make its return for a sixth season with a two-hour premiere on April 7.
E! News viewed The Doorway episode in advance and stated that it's undoubtedly worth the wait: viewers can expect to see a wedding, two deaths, Megan in bikinis, a "dramatic physical transformation" from Betty and another character dropping the F-curse. As for the question left hanging on the finale about whether or not Don cheated on Megan, the news report noted that all questions will be answered by the end of the two-hour premiere.
Wet Paint reported that the wedding seemed as though it will be a part of Don and Megan's trek to Hawaii. In posted pictures, the two were seen on the beach and Don looked as though he was in attendance for someone's wedding. There's also a photo of Megan staring down at her wedding ring.
The Atlantic Wire said that the creator of the series, Matthew Weiner, is notorious for keeping secrets of the show both on the set and in the general public. While the show has somewhat stayed true to his plan moving forward, advertisements, pictures and promos of the upcoming season are starting to flood the Internet, leaving Mad Men loyalists even more thirsty for answers prior to its season six return.
The biggest hint on what's to come has been through the season six poster artwork by Brian Sanders, which is "as packed with imagery as Michelangelo's The Last Judgement - at least by basic-cable standards," reported the website.
Esquire speculated that the Don Draper (Jon Hamm) promo image may insinuate that he is actually Dick Whitman since the latter had stolen Draper's identity during the Korean War.
Mad Men is set to return on Sunday, April 7, at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.
