Teen Mom Star DUI: Farrah Abraham Veering "Off the Road" To Success? [VIDEO]
Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham was arrested for DUI late Monday night in Nebraska, TMZ reported.
The 21-year-old, who had appeared in MTV's 16 and Pregnant and later in Teen Mom in 2009, was pulled over in Omaha after reportedly driving recklessly, taking a wide turn, and almost hitting a police car.
When cops gave the standard field sobriety test, Abraham blew a .147 on the breathalyzer, almost twice the legal limit, stated the report.
Abraham's 4-year-old daughter Sophia was not in the car at the time of her bust.
A post on Twitter seems to question her actions and motives, when Abraham wrote, "It's Amazing what people believe & makeup (LOVE MY LIFE) #Thank #God#I'mSuccessful & I don't care about drama! #HaveAGreatDay."
The star may lose her license, but will face no further penalty, unlike some other stars like Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood who have been at odds with the law before.
Farrah published a memoir last year titled My Teenage Dream Ended, where she wrote about her struggles with alcohol. She claimed she learned that it stemmed from depression. The star had been accused of drug abuse and alcohol in the past, and reportedly sought help.
