The first look stills from the next episode of Season 4 of Arrow hint at plot twists that can be expected.

According to the synopsis for the episode, entitled 'Eleven-Fifty-Nine,' Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) are going to be at loggereheads as Oliver will find out that Merlyn is helping Damian Darhk (Neal McDonough) break out of jail. But the first look stills unveiled via Comic Book reveal another interesting development -- there might also be a confrontation between Thea (Willa Holland) and Merlyn, her father.

In a few stills the two are seen in a tense confrontation.

Here's the official synopsis:

"Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) learn that Merlyn (John Barrowman) is going to try to break Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) out of prison. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) gets a surprising offer and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) has a heart-to-heart talk with Curtis (guest star Echo Kellum)."

In other recent news, Arrow's Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim has unveiled the title of the final episode of Season 4 of The CW series.

Guggenheim revealed the title, 'Lost in the Flood,' via Twitter, also revealing that Glen Winter is going to be directing the finale. The showrunner also posted a snapshot of the first page of the script for the episode.

In a recent Entertainment Weekly spoiler report, it was revealed that a bunch of The CW shows, The Flash, Arrow,Supergirl or Legends of Tomorrow, will be in for surprising returns and exits.

The shows' executive producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed to the publication that fans should prepare to be thrown some. "There are some surprise returns and some surprise exits across all the shows," he said.

In other great news about Arrow, the CW announced that Arrow has been renewed for another season.

TVLine reported that The CW head Mark Pedowitz announced early renewals for some of the network's shows.

Arrow has been renewed with other shows like The Flash, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Jane the Virgin and iZombie. In a press statement Pedowitz spoke about the motivation behind renewing these shows.

The episode is set to air on April 6.
