'Doctor Who' Season 7 Spoilers: Details On Clara Character Revealed & 50th Anniversary VIDEO
After a fairly long hiatus, Doctor Who will make its highly anticipated return to the BBC this Saturday with the first of a slew of all-new episodes that will ultimately lead into the Doctor Who 50th anniversary special.
This weekend's upcoming episode, which is titled The Bells of St. John, will also mark the show's first look at Clara Oswin Oswald (Jenna-Louise Coleman) as the brand new full-time companion of the Doctor
However, given her unorthodox abilities, the Doctor will have to find her again first. Hence, the respective scenario was the premise for an all-new prequel episode, according to Screencrush.
The prequel shows the Doctor somewhat lost on his search as he talks to a young girl, but Clara may be closer to him than he initially anticipates.
Moving forward, the upcoming installment will feature the Doctor facing some obstacles prior to going off on his next adventure. He will have to locate Clara, who has a habit of continuously dying and popping up at different times in history.
Doctor Who is set to make its return to the BBC One in the U.K. on Saturday, March 30 at 6:15 p.m. GMT. The 50th anniversary trailer can be viewed below.
