The star of Banshee opened up on where the road will continue to take him in the final season.

On Saturday, KSDK posted an interview with Antony Starr, who plays Lucas Hood in the series. It was mentioned that his character has been through a lot in the third season of the Cinemax drama, but is there any chance he can get himself together for the final episodes?

"That's the question of Season 4," Starr revealed. "I'm a believer in not answering questions and putting them out there. For Hood, where do you go from here? He's lived by a moral code since he got out of prison and it's there for the right reasons. That has had tragic consequences for those around him. He has to face the music. It's a much more internalized conflict in Season 4."

The actor then mentioned there will be more moments with Lucas and Proctor as they continue to butt heads—which is convenient, since they're so much alike.

"There's a mutual respect," Starr said. "It's going to come to a head. It's a funny relationship. Love and hate."

Starr also dished on what the whole experience has been like since being part of such an acclaimed series.

"It's pretty intense," he said. "It's a crazy show to make. When I started it, I was doing a drama in Sydney. The change was insane. I had done a couple stunts before, like throwing a punch. When I read the first script, I loved it but I saw the drama. I saw it as a love story. I'm an actor, right? I didn't look at the stunt sequences. They were huge and got bigger and bigger. It took on a new form and found its identity."

Banshee airs on Fridays at 10 p.m. ET on Cinemax.
