'The Blacklist' Season 3: A 'Devistating Loss' In The Cards, Teasers For 'The Artax Network' [VIDEO]
The Blacklist is doing a bit of spring-cleaning. As the weather warms up, the Post Office team will throw open the windows and they might just sweep a character right out of the storyline.
A devastating loss is in the cards, but whether it will involve a death, a departure, or the destruction of some physical object is currently unknown. Teasers for "Mr. Solomon" and "Mr. Solomon: Conclusion" indicate that a tragedy will put a team member in "grave danger," and by time episode 19 opens, Liz (Megan Boone) and Co. will be left reeling. Titled "The Artax Network," the episode will air on April 28.
"After an unexpected loss devastates the FBI task force, they must track down their assailants; a mysterious group whose agents operate using a worldwide satellite network," NBC teased. "Meanwhile, Reddington (James Spader) is forced to confront a ghost from his past -- one who knows many of Red's secrets."
As all this drama unfolds, Tom (Ryan Eggold) and Liz will have their own personal issues to deal with. The pair is set to walk down the aisle in Thursday's return, but when a nuclear weapon is threatened, the big day might turn into a bride's worst nightmare. To make matters worse, the couple will be faced with a major decision regarding their unborn child. Will Liz go back on her decision to keep the baby?
Now that Eggold is slatted to headline the series' spinoff opposite Famke Janssen (Scottie), the future looks bleak for Mr. and Mrs. Keen. At least we know the father-to-be won't drop off the radar completely - should the pilot move forward, Tom is expected to drop by for crossovers, according to Deadline. Could a Keen marriage work if Tom is away so often?
