While it has been speculated that Kim Fields’ beef with Kenya Moore was the reason she quit Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, new reports say her reality TV arch nemesis isn’t the only reason she decided to walk away from the show after just one season.

Word is she had an issue with the show’s producers as well. And it’s all because they allowed the discussion of speculation that her husband, Christopher Morgan, is homosexual, air on the show.

“The rumors spread on the show, that Christopher is gay, were absolutely unacceptable,” one insider told OK! Magazine Monday. “Her kids will have to deal with the fallout for years to come.”

One of the show’s most dramatic story lines this year was the co-stars speaking on Morgan’s sexuality. Moore seemed to lead the ranks as she claimed that rumors of Morgan being attracted to men dated back to the 90s. She claimed he had the nickname “Chrissy” in the entertainment industry as well as the couple being titled “Fruity and Tootie;” playing off of Fields’ character on Facts of Life.

Fields did reportedly request that the footage be removed, but it aired anyway. As for Moore, that seemed to be the last straw that made Fields, who is currently a contestant on Dancing With The Stars, call it quits on the show.

“Kenya Moore just kept coming after her. Kim felt the network did nothing!”

Morgan also confronted Moore during the reunion special, but Moore’s longtime boyfriend Matt Jordan interfered. Check it out.
