The Winchester brothers won't close out Supernatural season 11 without a manly embrace.

Supernatural finales are high stakes endeavors for Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles), and this year's hour will be no exception. With three titanic forces at play, how could we expect any less? Lucifer (Misha Collins/Mark Pellegrino), Amara (Emily Swallow), and (possibly) God (Rob Benedict) will each have a little skin in the game as the season winds down, which means Sam and Dean will need to be on their A game.

Episode 23 will see the brothers drop by a cemetery (surprise!), and the bone yard will become the backdrop for one of the boy's signature hugs (check out a photo here). For once, however, the hunters are not covered in blood and dirt. Are they bidding each other a temporary farewell, or are reuniting safe and sound following a mission? Looks like we'll just have to wait and see.

Fans will be delighted to hear that Chuck (Benedict) will also make an appearance in the finale. Former writer, one-time prophet, and potential deity, Chuck Shurley will return to the Supernatural world in episode 21. Behind-the-scenes photos have also confirmed that Benedict will pop up again in episode 22 before helping to cap off the season in episode 23. Check out Benedict on set with Mark Sheppard (Crowley), Collins (Castiel/Lucifer), Padalecki, Ackles, and cameraman Jose Manzano.

While we anxiously await the finale, Sam and Dean will return to screens in two weeks to battle the Chitters. Located in a small Colorado town, these monsters only rear their ugly heads every 27 years. When our heroes roll into town, they will find another set of hunters already working the case. Can the Winchesters play nice with their new friends, or will their vengeful brethren merely complicate a deadly disaster (see a preview below)?
