It's become clear that a lawsuit would be a frivolous action, so Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will consider striking a deal with jack (Peter Bergman) about Passkey on The Young and The Restless-but she isn't going to do it unless he agrees to some unexpected terms.

After her lawyer told her that the depositions would make it hard to prove her case, Victoria will summon Jack to let him know she wants to strike a deal where both Newman and Jabot can benefit from Passkey. But, the deal won't be good unless he agrees to her terms.

"Jabot distributes Passkey and shares the profits with Newman, on one condition," Victoria says in a preview clip for the Friday, April 15 episode.

Victoria's condition will be a big one however, which will require Jack to fire Billy (Jason Thompson) and keep him away from the company, in an effort Victoria hopes will be for his own benefit and allow him to refocus on what should matter-his family, specifically, the one he had with her. And though Jack will initially be hesitant to turn against his brother, he may decide the peaceful agreement between the two families will be worth it-and he will set off to find him to let him know the news.

Unfortunately, what Jack finds when he goes to Billy's house could makes the agreement seem less like a fair compromise, and more like a vendetta, because Jack will find none other than his wife, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), at Billy's home-and the state she'll be in will be suggestive of an affair that could cause Jack to blow.

After he and Phyllis fought over her convincing both him and Summer (Hunter King) to lie in their depositions, Phyllis went to Billy, upset over what she'd done and having fears she was going to lose both of the people she loved most in this world, which led Billy to suggest they go for a ride together on his motorcycle. However, after they return from the ride, covered in mud, he will offer her a clean shirt. And when Jack arrives, he will see his wife in nothing but one of his brother's shirts, as his brother stands shirtless entirely-and he could jump to a very wrong conclusion.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
