They've had issues for a long time, but Meri and Janelle Brown may finally be willing to work through their problems on Sister Wives.

The two have never had a close relationship, through all the years they've both been married to Kody, and following the drama that unfolded after Meri's catfishing scandal, things only continued to get worse for the two. Now, their decision to try and figure out a way to work through their problems will be something the rest of the family will be excited about, because it could be what they need to keep all of their relationship on track.

"I'm totally excited that they're going into therapy together. It's exciting for them. It's good, It's a big, huge, scary step. It really is," Christine says in a preview clip for the Sunday, May 15 episode. "There's so many relationships and when one is off, ir really makes everything off."

"The less tension the better," Robyn agrees.

In their therapy session, Meri and Janelle will agree that the best thing they can do is work on building a much better relationship for both the present and future, instead of trying to hash out the things that keep them at war in the past, which will lead their therapist to suggest role playing, which leads to the two expressing what they do to each other, with Janelle admitting she has always shut Meri out in the past.

"When I want to talk about something and you just shut down, I just think that you're not interested in what I have to say or you're not paying attention to me, because you just sit there," Janelle says. "You just sit there and you just blow me off. I really want to work this out. I really want to talk about these things but you're not even talking, you're not even willing to address it. You check out."

Meri then admits that is exactly how she feels when she tries talking to Janelle.

"I get really frustrated when she does and my wall will go right up," she says. "It's like, fine. I'm done."
