Still in the middle of a hiatus until its fifth season starts up, USA's television success, Royal Pains, will likely be tweaking each of its character's story arcs up a bit to ensure the optimal entertainment of its audience.

The holiday wedding special left its loyalists in the dark over Hank's (Mark Feuerstein) health status following his hospital admittance. While there is no news as of yet on The Hamptons' house doctor, TVLine did report that the Paige (Brooke D'Orsay) character will have her hands full moving forward in her life.

The TV site stated that Evan's (Paulo Costanzo) new wife will be getting herself a new job as an intern at Sutton and Chesterfield's.

The series is also reportedly in the midst of casting a recurring role for a character named Russel Berger.

As of now, the only description on the part is that he's in his 40s and not exactly a gentleman to women. It has been confirmed that American Horror Story actress Francis Conroy has signed on to play a notable role as a resident of The Hamptons.

While no dates have been announced as of yet, Royal Pains is slated to return with its fifth season at some point during the summer, according to the USA network.
