Dominic Purcell is stoked for the new season of Prison Break, but he has one person to thank along the way.

On Saturday, the actor who plays Lincoln on the series returning to television this fall, took to Instagram to say how grateful he is for his co-star Wentworth Miller who's known as Michael on the show.

Purcell posted a photo of Miller and wrote in the caption how much he cares for his dear friend who's been helpful ever since Purcell was injured on set (see photo below). Luckily he didn't receive too many injuries and went right back to work despite the fact that he broke his nose and suffered deep wounds on his head when an iron bar fell on him.

With this pain comes words from the heart in Purcell's message to Miller.

"His concern for my health was his first priority," Purcell wrote about Miller. "Went is holding up the fort in my absence his leadership and care is inspirational. He's taken control taken it upon himself to push the production and lead by example. A true leader a true gentleman and the most fearless person I have ever met. Thanks bro. Love ya."

The actor added how much he is looking forward to the new season of the FOX series, something that fans won't want to miss out on.

"We r going to crush and produce one of the most entertaining anticipated shows on the planet," he wrote. "Could not do this without you."

Prison Break is expected to return to television in September.
