'iZombie' Season 2: 'They're Really Great For Each Other', Rose McIver Talks Liv & Major's Future [VIDEO]
Ah, love in the time of the zombie outbreak. It's not easy, particularly if you happen to be dating one Liv Moore. Nevertheless, Rose McIver is willing to let Major sign his own death certificate.
Major (Robert Buckley) and Liv (Rose McIver) have been on-again off-again for the past two seasons, but, now that Drake (Greg Finley) is out of the picture (RIP), fans are wondering if Major's reversion to a zombie state could bring the two back together.
"I hope Liv and Major end up together. I think they're a great couple," McIver told TV Line. "I love that they're friends first and I love that, ultimately, if they're going to work out, they're going to work out. They've been able to stand by each other through thick and thin.... It think, ultimately, they're really great for each other and kind and they love each other, so I hope so."
The former couple does face one teeny tiny little roadblock.
"[Liv] is grieving two dead boyfriends! It's not that easy to just jump straight back in with Major," McIver laughed. "Nobody wants to get cast as Liv's love interest. They know where they're going."
Straight to the morgue. Zero chance of a miraculous recovery. Major's already looking down the barrel of a gun as it is. No need to curse him twice, right?
