Memories of Clara still linger in the TARDIS, so much so that the Doctor Who might actually make a brief appearance in season 10.

Peter Capaldi (Twelve) and Jenna Louise Coleman (Clara) dropped by Awesome Con last weekend in Washington DC and the actors came equipped with a cryptic teaser. Although Clara attempted to remove all traces of her existence from the Time Lord's mind, Capaldi doesn't think she was entirely successful.

"I think the thing about the doctor is he's actually quite mysterious...and I'm not sure how successfully Clara was able to wipe his mind. I just did a..." Capaldi paused, carefully considering his next words. "I was about to tell you something I can't tell you. I just shot something that Clara was still there in."

The Scot then went on to explain that Clara's belongings are still rattling around the TARDIS, leading fans to wonder if one of these vestiges of her existence will spark a memory. Coleman didn't have anything to say on the subject, a possible indicator that Capaldi shot with a young version of the companion.

Meanwhile, the present day Clara is off on an adventure of her own. Last we saw Ms. Oswald and Ashildr (Maisie Williams) the dynamic duo had hijacked a TARDIS of their own and were off to see the universe.

"I think that she is probably broken down," Coleman joked. "Her and Ashildr haven't yet worked out the mechanics of the TARDIS and are trying to get somewhere but can't quite work it yet."
