'Pretty Little Liars' Season 4 Spoilers: Details Surrounding Upcoming Halloween Special Revealed [VIDEO]
Although ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars is still a few months away from its season 4 premiere, that hasn't stopped fans from speculating on what lies ahead for the popular TV series.
For the past two seasons, Liars' has aired a Halloween special, which has gotten great reactions.
On April 14, Executive producer Marlene King took to Twitter to reveal that she's hard at work on yet another one.
"Working on the PLL Halloween epi today. Thanks to @KyleBown for giving up his Sunday to play w me."
Bown, who is King's assistant, acknowledged his creative presence with a tweet of his own.
"Working on the Halloween episode of PLL is a great way to spend a Sunday! Thanks to all of the PLL fans, without you guys, there's no show."
In other Liars news, King had also used the social networking site on April 7 to hint that the show's loyalists may be seeing more of Alison (Sasha Pieterse) in the upcoming season.
"Are you ready to see a lot more of @SashaaPieterse in season four of #PrettyLittleLiars?"
Interesting enough, the Alison character is actually more spoken about than witnessed on the TV show, as the series started off after her death and continues with her four friends (Aria, Spencer, Hanna and Emily) trying to figure out her murder.
Alison has seen most of her screen time through flashbacks and hallucinations, but the season 3 finale actually featured a major twist in terms of the character.
A blazing fire nearly killed Hanna, Emily, Mona and Aria. However, they somehow managed to get outside of the building. Although Aria and Emily were confused as to how they ended up outside, Hanna and Mona both felt that Alison was looking over them.
Pretty Little Liars will return on Tuesday, June 11 at 8 p.m. EDT on the ABC Family network. A season 4 promo clip can be viewed below.
