'Teen Wolf' Season 6: Real Or Fake? Writer Delivers Verdict On Latest Stiles Rumor [VIDEO]
Another day, another bogus Teen Wolf rumor.
From fake interviews to phony photos, this hiatus has seen the Internet churn out some real gems. A bane for fans, these fictitious stories have spawned click-bait headlines that continue to permeate the web long after they've been discounted. Like the Harry Styles rumor, this week's panic inducing photo would have Holden Caulfield shouting his favorite word.
The following Instagram post features an image of a clapperboard slate that announces Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) untimely demise. Considering all the rumors surrounding O'Brien's post-injury filming schedule, the snap had many fans worrying for the safety of Baecon Hill's snarkiest teen.
Common sense dictates that no Teen Wolf employee would risk their job to spoil such a climatic moment. Nevertheless, writer Will Wallace took to Twitter to denounce the photos authenticity.
If Stiles does bite the dust in season 6, this slate will play no part in his untimely demise.
After O'Brien suffered an injury on the set of The Maze Runner: The Death Cure, the actor was laid up due to recoveries. Fans speculated that he might not be back on his feet for Teen Wolf filming, but, although season 6 production did start without Scott's (Tyler Posey) BFF, there is every indication that O'Brien is expected to make up his scenes.
