CBS' The Good Wife wooed viewers yet again with this past weekend's 20th episode of season 4 of the popular series, which included the return of guest star Jason Biggs.

After witnessing Cary (Matt Czuchry) indulging in dinner, Alicia (Julia Margulies) feels as though he's planning to exit the firm. However, he vehemently denies her suspicions, saying that he was simply dining out.

In order to be 100 percent certain, Alicia asked the new investigator to keep an eye on Cary. Interestingly enough, she finds out that he recently purchased a malpractice lawsuit, confirming his lie.

After grilling Cary yet again, he comes clean and invites her to work with him. Alicia says she will give it some thought, and doesn't inform Will (Josh Charles) and Diane (Christine Baranski), who are experiencing tension of their own, as the latter is being coveted to work for the Supreme Court.

During the process, it's revealed that Diane will be tying the knot, and that if she wants a seat, she'll have to cut contact with Will, who is primarily focused on his rape victim client.

The victim is planning on suing the rapist, but she broke the judge's gag order, and is jailed after refusing to apologize. Due to her sheer determination, Will is determined to get her freed.

Dylan Stack (Jason Biggs), Alicia's Bit Coin client, attends the case to view its result. He had informed his friends about the rape, and they hack into the suspect's phone to retrieve evidence in order to help Alicia's case.

However, his allies send the crucial evidence to Alicia's kid's phones, which doesn't bode well with her.

When the victim is at risk of being behind bars for months due to a mistrial, Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) gets proof online that shows the rapist revealing that he didn't have the victim's consent.

Next up for The Good Wife will be it's A More Perfect Union episode, which airs on Sunday, April 21 at 9/8c on the CBS network.
