We now know why Tommie will not be at the reunion for the show that is sure to be explosive.

And it has nothing to do with her physical outbursts this season, which marked her first on reality television. Instead, Tommie can’t go to the reunion because of legal issues.

While the show is based in Atlanta, the reunion special is actually taped in New York City.

Apparently Tommie has multiple warrants out for her arrest and has been ordered not to leave Atlanta.

It doesn’t look like she will be returning to the show for season six either.

Tommie announced via Instagram that she was banned from the reunion earlier this week. Fans automatically thought the Love & Hip Hop franchise creator and executive producer, Mona Scott-Young was behind it all. But Tommie defended her after they blasted Scott on social media.

She told her followers and viewers, “Please stop y’all this woman gave me a chance #Alllove thanks @monascottyoung for the opportunity that changed my life forever…”

Young, who is never one to back down from backlash, also had a few words to say. She shared a meme of a young man who was accused of being a fake doctor earlier this year. It reads, “I don’t know where you’re receiving this information from but it is inaccurate…” She also added the caption, “When I heard that I banned Tommie from attending the reunion.” #PleaseGetOffMyTimeLineWithThatBS”
