'The Big Bang Theory' Season 6 Spoilers: Sheldon & Amy Finally Get Together? VIDEO & Details
Judging by its title, CBS' The Big Bang Theory should undoubtedly be heating up in its May 9 episode The Love Spell Potential.
According to Carter Matt, the future installment could potentially feature Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) finally getting physical with one another. Although Sheldon has seemed to be open to the idea of getting naughty with Amy in the past, it has still yet to take place.
He may very well be progressing with her faster than initially anticipated, as they'll evidently be an event of some sorts that pushes the respective couple to quickly go further in their relationship.
The respective episode will also feature Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar) and Lucy (Kate Micucci) going on an extremely uncomfortable outing.
CBS released the following synopsis on The Love Spell Potential:
"When the girls' trip to Vegas falls through, the guys invite them to play Dungeons & Dragons, causing Sheldon and Amy's relationship to take an unexpected turn. Meanwhile, Koothrappali and Lucy go on a very awkward date."
In other Big Bang happenings, a photo of guest star Bob Newhart, who will be playing Professor Proton in The Proton Resurgence episode on May 2, was posted by TV Guide on Monday. The picture shows Sheldon sitting next to Penny (Kaley Cuocco) on his couch while the professor stands in a white lab coat over them.
