'Guilt' Spoilers: What Secrets That Grace & Molly Kept Will Be Exposed In Murder Investigation? [VIDEO]
There's a lot of mystery surrounding Molly Ryan's death on Guilt, but the investigation into her murder will only get even more complicated as secrets that both she and Grace (Daisy Head) were keeping are exposed.
Grace's secret affair with her professor was already splashed across the front pages of the tabloids in an attempt to paint her in a light which made her look guilty of Molly's murder, but it's not the only thing she or members of her family, like her stepfather James (Anthony Head) have hidden away that could be brought to the surface at any time. And as her sister Natalie (Emily Tremaine) works to try and prove her innocence, she could stumble across the big secret James is keeping that could destroy Grace's chances at escaping charges.
"You must be up to something," she says to James in a preview clip for the Monday, June 20 episode. "I'm going to figure out what you're hiding."
Natalie already discovered the scarf she gave James for Christmas one year in the flat Grace and Molly shared, and knows that it wasn't in Grace's position, tying her stepfather to the murdered girl. However, if she figures out that he might have been involved with Molly, she could be more stunned.
Molly's own secrets will come to light as well as the investigation continues, and the way she is connected to James could quickly be realized when Natalie and Stan (Billy Zane) figure out what she was doing for money. And before realizing that there could still be a connection tied back to Grace for it, Stan could choose to go to the press with what they learned because Molly's secret could be prime for helping shed light on everyone but Grace.
"Molly Ryan was a high-priced hooker?" Stan asks Natalie in the clip. "Well Merry Christmas!"
Guilt airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Freeform.
