'Young and the Restless' (Y&R) Spoilers: Hilary Crosses A Line With Jack [VIDEO]
She has been scheming to get closer to him as part of her newest plot to try and become the most powerful woman in Genoa City, but Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will wind up taking things too far instead when it comes to her campaign to win Jack (Peter Bergmann) over on The Young and the Restless.
She decided she was through with her marriage to Devon (Bryton James) after she finally confessed the truth to Jack about Neil (Kristoff St John) being the one who kidnapped her, and when Jack told her he wanted her to stay in town and continue her work at the foundation, she saw an opening to potentially try and win him over in a different way. Her attempt to get closer to him by throwing him a party for his birthday failed when he made plans with his wife, Phyllis (GIna Tognoni) instead, but now, with him back in town and her out of the hospital after the first treatment to keep her from relapsing into a coma, she will resume her efforts.
First, she will once again turn away Devon, who seems to want to reconcile, but also has an agenda in mind after Hilary's threats that she would take the Athletic Club from him and fire Lily (Christel Khalil) after their divorce was finalized. He will find himself unsuccessful at first, and then questioning if he is doing the right thing, or if he should be trying to win her back for real.
Then, Hilary will meet with Jack and convince him to go to the roof of the building with her as they discuss business. Once there, she will become woozy, and as he tries to help her, she will make her move and pull him into a passionate kiss. Unfortunately for her, Jack will pull away and be astounded by her gall to try and seduce him when he is still a married man who has no intentions of leaving his wife.
Now, Hilary will need to rethink her plan, but could find herself a surprising ally if she realizes that Billy (Jason Thompson) wants to rip Phyllis away from his brother and have her for himself.
The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
