Don't expect to see former Dancing With the Stars pro Kym Johnson wearing rhinestones or sequins in her upcoming wedding.

Johnson may be most known for her run on Dancing With the Stars, but she won't be adapting that shimmery style for her wedding to Robert Herjavec. The former pro spoke about this in a new People video.

"I think people who see me on 'Dancing With the Stars' with all the rhinestones and this and that and think I'm gonna go with something sparkly, but I feel like I'm gonna go with something more simple," she said, of her wedding dress.

Johnson joined Dancing With the Stars in season 3 and continued with the show through season 9, then rejoined in season 11 and lasted until season 16. She then took a break for a few seasons before returning for season 20, where she was paired with her future fiancé, Herjavec.

While Johnson won't be wearing a sequined gown for her wedding, she did previously reveal that her wedding song, "At Last" by Etta James, is a nod to when she and Herjavec were scheduled to dance to the song on the show, but were eliminated before they could.

"We were given that song when we were on [Dancing with the Stars], and I started choreographing it," Johnson said. "We were really excited to do the dance because we were starting to fall in love with each other. But then we got voted out and we were a bit disappointed we didn't get to dance that dance. It seems appropriate that it will be the first dance together of our lives and husband and wife."

Herjavec and Johnson came in sixth place overall during season 20, which was ultimately won by Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy.

It's not clear if Johnson has any plans to rejoin Dancing With the Stars in the future but for now she is busy planning out her dream wedding.

Dancing With the Stars season 23 premieres Monday, Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
