'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 12: Kim Blasts 'Victim' Taylor Swift [VIDEO]
Kim Kardashian is getting in on the feud between her husband Kanye West and singer Taylor Swift. And of course it is front of cameras for E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In the newest teaser for the upcoming episode, Kardashian is going off on the rapper’s “haters” and throws Swift into the mix.
“I never talk about anyone publicly; especially in interviews. I just felt like I so had it. I just wanted to defend him in it,” she said, referring to the drama surrounding West’s Famous song in which he gave himself credit for Swift's fame. The issue was Swift blasted the hit while West said he had her permission to rap about her.
Kardashian even added, “She legitimately quote says, ‘As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet I’m gonna tell all the press I was in on it...’ He called her [and] spoke to her. She even helped him rewrite…”
Kourtney Kardashian asked if Swift had a change of heart because “she didn’t like the reaction.”
Kim agreed but said she also believes Swift wanted to play the “victim” card.
“It worked for her the last time,” Kim added, pointing out the incident that sparked the beef between Swift and West. He crashed the stage and took the mic during her acceptance speech for Best Music Video during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. He made it clear he thought Beyonce should have snagged that award for Single Ladies.
“I just don’t think that he should be punished for it still to this day,” Kim said. “I feel like I’ve had it with people blatantly treating my husband a certain way and making him feel a certain way.”
She applauded West for defending her when he got lots of heat for their relationship in its early years. So she planned to do the same for him.
“We all know that ‘Single Ladies’ was the biggest song of the year. So I think when she didn’t win, he just wanted to stand up for it.”
