The backdoor target in the Big Brother 18 house now knows she's being targeted. What happens next?

Head of Household: Paul Abrahamian

Nominees: Bridgette Dunning and Paulie Calafiore

Other houseguests: Corey Brooks, Da'Vonne Rogers, James Huling, Michelle Meyer, Natalie Negrotti, Nicole Franzel, Victor Arroyo and Zakiyah Everette

While Paul had originally intended to target Bridgette and have an easy week, plans have changed. That's because Paulie got in his ear about getting Da'Vonne out this week instead, mostly due to what Paulie perceives as duplicitous gameplay on her part. Despite Paul's initial hesitations, he eventually came around to the idea.

Sunday in the Big Brother house was the day that Da'Vonne figured out the plan to nominate her. She spoke with Paul at one point in the day and while he didn't come out and say that she was going up in place of Paulie, who won the Veto on Saturday, she essentially interpreted it. She teared up in front of Zakiyah after her conversation with Paul, but they ultimately resolved to counting votes.

Zakiyah and Michelle are two votes Da'Vonne can count on, with James and Natalie as distinct possibilities, too. This would at least force a tie, which would have to be broken by Paul. Since Paul would inevitably break the tie against Da'Vonne, they need one more vote. Unfortunately, Paulie, Corey and Nicole all want Da'Vonne out very badly, and Victor has basically sided with Paul and Paulie, so he'll do what they tell him to do.

Either way, Da'Vonne is really in hot water right now unless something big changes. She does have a lot of information about various houseguests that she could use to really blow up some games, but that might create an even bigger target on her. At this point, the only hope she might have of staying is a sudden epiphany from someone like Victor, or she just gets lucky by having the Roundtrip ticket to go back into the house.

Big Brother 18 returns Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
