He was last seen coming out of the room of a patient who then died from the same drug that has also killed two other patients and a doctor, and now, evidence will point towards Franco (Roger Howarth) when it comes to id'ing the derisifol killer on General Hospital.

Valerie (Brytni Sarpi) questioned him after he came out of a room where he claimed to be dropping off something the patient had made during an art therapy session with him, and was alarmed when an empty mkedicine vial was found in his pocket. Franco claimed he had found it on the floor of the patient's room, and Valerie demanded it be sent out for testing.

Now, the results are back in, and not only will the vial test positive for derisifol, but it will also seem to indicate that Franco was definitely the one who had used the drug to commit the latest crime, making him the most likely suspect for the string of murders that have taken place at the hospital over the last few months.

"The only fingerprints on the vial were Franco's," Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) says to Valerie in a preview clip for the Monday, August 1 episode as Nurse Amy or the Monday, August 1 episode as Nurse Amy (Risa Dorken) watches them and looks on.

Now, with viable evidence that they can use to make an arrest, the race will be on to find out where Franco went when he was released earlier, especially if it becomes known that he is on a date with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), and she could be in danger if he is really back to his old serial killer ways.

Elizabeth is getting nervous on their date in the meantime, after Franco took her to his old art studio, and has now locked them in the room, forcing her to ask why he has done so.

"Franco what do you want with me?" She asks in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
