She's suspected to be the mystery woman who helped Victor (Eric Braden) frame Adam (Justin Hartley) for a murder he didn't commit, and she's also expected to be keeping a big secret from her ex about whether or not he has a daughter, and now, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will have to give everyone the answers they seek on The Young and the Restless.

Adam and Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan) believe that Chloe helped Victor with framing Adam initially, but when Victor wanted to change the scheme so Adam wouldn't actually do jail time, Chloe backed out on the deal and hid the diary pages Victor claims will exonerate his son. In an effort to try and pump information out of her, Chelsea used the friendship she once had with Chloe to convince her to move into the penthouse with her, and now, she will try to pull the information she needs out of Chloe.

Bringing up Delia and how Adam was responsible for her death, Chelsea will be surprised however when Chloe's answer concerning payback isn't quite what she expected.

"I have a dream where Adam begs for mercy and I will show him the same mercy that he showed my daughter," Chloe says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, August 2 episode.

However, after saying what could be considered incriminating, Chloe will switch gears and tell Chelsea that payback is no longer on her mind, and she understands that Adam killing Delia was just an unfortunate accident, and not something premeditated. Chelsea will be thrilled that her friend is no longer after her husband, unaware that Chloe is lying to her completely.

Meanwhile, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) wants answers from Chloe about her daughter Bella, who he believes could be his kid. Now, he is awaiting the results of a DNA test which will let him know once and for all, and though he's excited about the prospect of being a dad, it could cause problems for his newer romance with Natalie (Mara McCaffray). As he waits, he will gush to Mariah (Camryn Grimes) about the possibility.

"I could be a dad, he says in the clip.

"Today's the day we find out," Mariah replies.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
