Her schemes and actions to get ahead and make herself the star of everything she touches has made her a lot of enemies, and now, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) could face some serious consequences for her behaviors on The Young and the Restless.

He claims that she would take everything from Devon (Bryton James) when they were planning to divorce, her sexual advances towards Jack (Peter Bergmann, and now wanting to be the face of the Abbott-Winters foundation's upcoming fundraiser are the final straw for Jack, Lily (Cristel Khalil), and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson).

With all of these transgressions in mind, Lily will go ahead and venture what so many of them are thinking, and make the move to have Hilary removed from her seat of power at the Foundation for good.

"I am making a motion that we vote to remove Hilary Hamilton from the board of this foundation, effective immediately," she says in a preview clip for the Friday, August 5 episode.

Much to Hilary's dismay, the vote will be a tie, meaning more people want her gone than she thinks, and when the deciding vote comes down to Jack, she will have to think quickly in an effort to find a way to convince him not to vote her out, despite her crossing the line with him.

Remembering that another issue that's been taking up against her has been how she handled the drug trial for Jabot with Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight), and thinking about how the lawsuit over fast-tracking the FDA approval for the drug before it was ready landed them in trouble, Hilary will use the situation to her advantage, and blurt out that the settlement with the victims will be happening in due time. To her relief this news will please Jack enough to get him to vote that she should stay on the board after all.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
