He did some of Deimos's (Vincent Irizarry) dirty work in an effort to get close to him as part of another revenge plan for what he did to Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Victor (John Aniston), but now, Justin (Wally Kurth) will have to face the consequences of using his influence and power as the DA for bad things on Days of Our Lives.

He made evidence which kept one of Deimos's old buddies in jail disappear, and now, Roman (Josh Charles) has realized it was him, and needs to decide what to do to punish him since it is a crime, one that could not only land Justin some jail time, but also one which could make him lose his job as well.

However, that isn't the only threat Justin faces when it comes to his job and learning if he will or will not be able to keep it.

The newest scheme that Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) and Andre (Thaao Penghlis) have cooked up, following the failed attempt to eliminate Rafe (Galen Gering) and eventually Hope (Kristian Alfonso) as well, will see them trying to get their own stronger footholds in the legal field. Andre has proposed to Aiden that he will help him become the new District Attorney in Salem, provided he help him out by looking the other way over crimes he himself commits to get what he wants.

And though Aiden previously didn't really want as much of a part in Andre's schemes, the latest stunt where he ordered Andre to kill Rafe, and Andre taking it to a level where he then wound up trying to kill both him and Hope, has led to Aiden being an outcast again, and one who has zero chance of ever getting back with Hope again in the future. Now that he knows he can't win her over, he has no real issues with exploring his dark side more, and if he wins the position of DA, he would actually have some control over both Hope and Rafe's careers as well.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
